"Altered" Neuland (Neon), Redo

 Cleaned up my "altered Neuland" #foldedpen exemplar from last year. Bottom one was a practice piece (where the ink smeared), then I added neon colors to for my 100 Day Neon Challenge. 

For my Redo, i tried to do a little better with filling in the negative spaces, but I still need to work on that.

Not much difference in the two, but I still wanted to redo (and the top one does look cleaner).
