25 Letters of Cmas, Collage

Here is a collage of all the letters.
I skipped Z for a few obvious reasons.  😉😊

There are a few I'm planning to redo for next year, as I wasn't too thrilled with how they turned out. SO stay tuned... !  😄

W for Wassailing

Grrr...forgot to note what tool I used, but I believe it was my new big homemade folded pen (similar to the Luthis butterfly).

Red India ink (Dr Martin's Bombay)
*Used a white marker for the details. So happy it turned out!

Noel

Just a fun piece done with a little abstract lettering.

Added silver to the E.

D for December

Day 4 of my 25 Letters of Cmas. See video at bottom.

The tail is too long (grrrr.) but I still like how it turned out overall.

I blurred out the too long tail.
Horizon folded nib and again, green Dr Martin Bombay India ink.

Trial piece with walnut ink.

B is for...

This holiday season, I decided to do an alphabet advent on IG. Not sure how I'll fit in the extra letter, but I'm calling it my 25 Letters of Christmas. (I meant to start it on Nov. 30, but I forgot.)

I'm going to be using different tools, techniques and styles, so I'm not sure if I'll be posting all the letters in a separate post, however, be sure to check back after Cmas, as I'll post them all together then! (and in the meantime, you can see them all daily on my IG account:  https://www.instagram.com/olovey1/ )

Used my new(ish) handmade folded pen and green India ink (Dr. Martin's Bombay)
I also created a video on my youtube channel:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0emgXOhcuxg

And here is A & C...
3d letter. (and extra fine point Posca markers)

Split nib Automatic pen (reminiscent of a music nib).
C is for Carols

And just for fun, here is another "bright"...
