Another for September...

And now, the Earth, Wind & Fire song is going through my head.

Anyway, here is another I did, as I miss lettering with this pen. It's funny, when I first got it, I didn't like it as much (the thick part wasn't working for me), but now, it's one of my faves! I love the splatters. 

I want another one SO bad, but P&I are sold out! :( 

At least I have this one!

hello September! (new pen)

 I recently made some new folded pens (tried to emulate others), and I will post those later (and until then, you can check them out on my youtube channel! -- https://www.youtube.com/user/1FabMum/videos) 

but for today, am sharing a trial play piece creation for September!

Love how it turned out (except for my hello). Almost looks like there is a bit of green in the walnut ink.

I then tried adding color, but I like it better without.

Neon (white ink on green)

Did this piece for my 100 Days of Neon in 2021.

Although I love how it turned out (bottom piece, orig.), it looked rather plain to me, so I made it into a collage:

Funky Alpha (Pilot Pen)

 ok, technically not a folded pen, however, there are so many fun ways to use and manipulate this tool, that some of the results look as though a folded pen was used.

i was just playing, but love how it turned out.

Pilot Parallel Pen

 Was doing a lettering piece with dual ink and had leftover.

You can barely see the purple color. Still, I think it's pretty.
