Post 7, Dual Color Technique

I did the same post for both my & P&I's page.

For video, either check out my IG:  https://www.instagram.com/p/CR9G0zrAxif/

P&I's post:  https://www.instagram.com/p/CR9DvXyLyLa/

or my YouTube Channel:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndivMabnp_k

The video is a demo of dual colors, showing how using 2 at once can result in a unique effect. This is a fun technique, but can be tricky at times!

With my Ruling Writer, I add the 1st color to one side, then another color on the other. (For a folded pen that only has one opening, it mainly works by using one color first, then adding the 2nd.)

Finished sample.

Still pic showing how I load the ink.

Happy Accident. Was trying this technique a few years ago and when wiping my pen to get the extra ink out, i made it into a "V". (used plum & teal for the colors)

Both these letters made with a handmade folded pen (shown) using blue & green pearlescent acrylic inks.
