As you can see, I'm not into the 100 Day Challenge this time around. Got bored taking inventory. I still may dive into my markers, and am still creating, but not posting every day.
These pieces came about from the Crayola pointed brush piece below (scroll to end). I wanted to do something with that marker -- in blue -- and for now, this song was all I could think of.
I still have a lot more ideas for this, but for now, wanted to share what I have so far!
"i'm blue" brush lettering with Wink of Stella brush pen; "Chorus" (dabadee) within, using pp and metallic ink.

Layered background with watercolor brush lettering, then akim lettering with Posca. Then, I want to letter "i'm blue" on top, like I did below with the Crayola brush marker (but I'm SO afraid of ruining it!)
Love the lyrics too.
