From P&I post: I’m having such a fun time taking over the Paper & Ink Arts page this week! So, to show my appreciation, I created a few Thank You envelopes, as I’m a snail mail fanatic. I love to letter names big (if they fit), but it’s also fun to make a matching card and envelope set. I previously posted about making abstract designs with folded pens, and for snail mail, when I’m stuck on how to letter a name, I sometimes decorate the envelope instead. Then, it’s fun to make a card to match. Swipe to see a few samples, as well as a Christmas creation with the same idea.

Post 6 -- Snail Mail! (P&I)
env. & matching thank you card. Blue India ink with RW.
Love how the heart stamp goes so well. (love those stamps!)
Abstract design using RW & walnut ink (with drop-in colors).
Also added some 3d gems.
Another abstract design with folded pen. Love the color combos of yellow, white & teal. Plan to use the heart stamp. Could also add any lettering on the card ("hello", "Congrats", "Happy B-day", etc.)
Abstract trees with green India ink and RW. *A demo video was requested, so be on the lookout for that come Nov/Dec! (Will probably post to my YouTube channel as well: https://www.youtube.com/user/1FabMum/videos )
