Deck the Halls!

Made this piece for our upstairs hallway but I need to redo, as I don't like how most all the letters lean to the one side. (well, technically, I DO like that they lean to the left -- haha! #iykyk)

Anyway, it's ok for now. Wish I had taken pics of each step as I kept adding more layers to make the letters thick enough to see (as they started out thin).

Callivember Catch-up

 So with Thanksgiving and decorating for Cmas, I kinda slacked off on my Callivember entries. I wanted to redo the last few but I didn't make time, as having fun with my family took precedence!  😊 (Note to self for next year! OR get a bigger head-start)

So now, Get Ready folks as I'm going to bombard my blog with my last few entries (some of which I failed to post on IG). Using my markers was a LOT harder this time around. I'm not sure the reason except two: VERY hard to get things to turn out when 1) they dry up mid-lettering and 2) they're worn out (i.e. lacking crisp ends). Sigh. I was hoping to have more fun with this challenge. (and yes, some of the words weren't that fun to letter either)

Anyway, onto my holiday creations! Hope you have a very merry holiday season!!)
