i had to look up what this word meant. Had fun with it! (or should i say, it brought me much bliss!)  ;D

Not sure what I was going for so I was basically playing.

Here is what I did for my alternate version (this one's in Spanish as it's the same in Italian)

And here is my sketch. I like how the flourish of the "d" connects.

I also want to add lettering in that space but not sure what.
